Dried radish cut into strips. Before use, soak it for about 15 minutes in water or dashi. Then we can add it to soups, stir fry dishes with other vegetables. It has a slightly sweet taste and is rich in fiber, iron, calcium, vitamins B1 and B2, helps digestion and lowers cholesterol.
USE
Place the dried radish in cold water for 30 to 40 minutes and is ready for further processing
