Hon Mirin is a sweet rice wine (sake) for cooking with 14% alcohol. It has a rich taste, full body and mild sweetness thanks to the sticky rice that starts its fermentation. Adds flavor to sushi rice, marinades, unagi sauces, teriyaki, sukiyaki, salad dressings, stir fries and soups.
