Smoked sweet paprika La Vera powder, protected destignation of origin, produced from selected ripe peppers of the La Vera region (Caceres). Their drying is achieved through hot smoking with oak, which gives the peppers the characteristic aroma, taste and color balance. It is used to flavor meats, cold cuts, fish, vegetables, soups, salads, sauces, rice, yogurt and to enhance the color of red sauces.
